Activity description

Carrozzeria Borgovico has been active in Como since 1976. It offers repair and painting services for multi-brand cars. 

The company is managed by a team of young and highly competent young people who pay a lot of attention to customer care.

The aim of the collaboration was to create a website that could best represent the activities and services of the body shop, inform customers and attract new ones through the organic promotion, at the local level, of the services.

What did I do for Carrozzeria Borgovico?

In addition to creating the website and launching a local optimization campaign, I also created the new Carrozzeria logo.

More precisely, I took care of:

  • Creating the new company logo;
  • Migrating the website to the new hosting and domain manager;
  • Defining the architecture of the site;
  • Designing the User Experience and the User Interface of the site;
  • Creating the content, optimized for the local SEO campaign;
  • Set and write the site metadata;
  • Connect the site to the Google Analytics and Google Search Console platforms for measuring data on visits;
  • Test the product;
  • Releasing the website to the public;
  • Create site metrics reports;
  • Set up the Google My Business profile of the activity and respond to reviews;
  • Set up the email marketing program, Mailchimp, for sending newsletters.

What are the results I have achieved?

In the 12 months following the release of the website, these are some of the most relevant metrics I have been able to observe:

  • Over 500 hits to the site from organic search pages on the Google search engine;
  • Over 27K of total impressions in organic search on the Google search engine;
  • 2.1% is the percentage of clicks that produced a visit to the website;
  • 17 properties linked to the activity website;
  • Over 80 keywords for which the site is indexed in organic search results;
  • 5 keywords for which the property appears in the top 10 organic search results;
  • More than 1000 users have visited the website;
  • More than 50 fill in the contact form to arrange an appointment.
